This workshop provides easy to do techniques and tools to keep participants in control of their negative emotions and easily transform these into more positive ones. It is only when we are able to regulate our emotional responses would we have a better impact on our day-to-day dealings, relationships, work, and sense of fulfillment. This workshop will be like an "emotional fitness” class that makes participants more resilient and "mentally tough”. Participants will learn how to shift from being grumpy to happy, from
tensed to relaxed, and from being awkward to confident. The workshop capitalizes on learning new skills in a "fun” and "dynamic” way that makes learning new information easier and longer lasting.
